Cuddle Decor, LLC website is secure and encrypted to protect any information you enter while ordering. The latest security measures are used to ensure your information is protected. Cuddle Decor, LLC compliance covers all six PCI standard categories:

What is PCI?

The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) is a security standard for organizations that handle credit and debit card information. The standard was created to increase controls around payment data to reduce fraud. Cuddle Decor, LLC for being a Shopify Store, has both software and hosting that is PCI compliant.

Is Cuddle Decor, LLC PCI compliant?

Yes. For being a Shopify Store, Cuddle Decor, LLC is a certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant. This compliance is extended by default to the Cuddle Decor, LLC store powered by Shopify. Shopify is very serious about securely hosting stores and have invested significant time and money to certify their solution is PCI compliant. From annual on-site assessments validating compliance to continuous risk management, they work hard to keep Cuddle Decor, LLC's shopping cart and eCommerce hosting secure.

Responsible Manufacturing

Everything we do at Cuddle Decor, we think about sustainability. All products come from suppliers and manufacturers that are equally environmentally conscious, pay fair wages (no nasty sweatshops), and source their materials ethically.

Product Sizes

All Product sizes are expected to be accurate, but due to the nature of making handmade products, there will be marginal size differences in the finished item to the sizes quoted on this website.

Product Colors

All promotional images of Cuddle Decor, LLC products are good likenesses for what you will get. Cuddle Decor, LLC does not warrant that the final item will be exactly as per the images contained on this website. Due to variations in print material or computer monitor settings, Cuddle Decor, LLC cannot guarantee the colors will be an exact match. Color variance should be expected. Colors may vary on different materials.

Out of Stock Products

It might happen Cuddle Decor, LLC is not able to fulfill your order. You will be notified via email for any item that is out of stock, and a credit will be issued to your account. In this case, a total refund or a replacement product available, of course, it's your choice :)

Placing an Order

Placing an order with Cuddle Decor, LLC is easy. Visit the store at cuddledecor.com and follow the steps below. Please note that orders cannot be modified after they are successfully submitted. If you have an account with Cuddle Decor, LLC simply login to your account and your information will already be there. If you do not have an account, please CLICK HERE to register.

Remember to keep your password secure at all times. You will be responsible for any damage caused by unauthorized access resulting from your failure to keep your password safe.

Finding Items

Enter the product keywords for the item that you are interested in purchasing into the search box by clicking the magnifying glass on the top left of the page or simply browse through the links on the main navigation menu. Collections and Products links help you to narrow the results down to products that fit your needs. Click on the image of the item to get to the product page. If you want to learn more about the product, click on the "Click Here for More Details" link. On the new page that opens up, you will find additional imagery, product description, available colors and sizes, customer ratings, and reviews. You have the option to share the product on various social media if you wish.

Adding Items to Your Shopping Cart

When you are ready to make your purchase simply select size and color (if applicable) and click the "Add to Cart" button. If you would like to continue shopping, just select the "Keep Shopping" button on the pop-up bar on the top of the page. Choose any link in the Navigation bar again, or click on the Cuddle Decor, LLC logo to get back to the home page.

Pricing and discounts

Cuddle Decor, LLC sets prices and displays these prices on the website cuddledecor.com. We may, at times, change the price at our sole discretion, changes will be reflected on the website. Offer codes may be published from time to time as part of a promotion. Offer codes may provide a free item or a discount on the part of an order. Offer codes can only be used for online orders placed through this website or in store. A maximum of one offer code can be used per order. Unless otherwise specified, postage and packing charges will still apply to orders subject to an offer code. Further conditions may apply and, if so, will be published with the relevant offer code.

Price Match Request

You will find our online prices to be VERY competitive. But if you discover one of the items we sell at a competitor's website for less, contact us HERE. We will do our best to match or beat that price, as long as the offer is in accordance with the guidelines we have with our manufacturer's suggested retail price (MRSP). Mistakes

Due to the nature of online services, occasional mistakes may cause errors to appear on the website. Cuddle Decor, LLC has the right to void any purchases that display an incorrect price. Cuddle Decor, LLC strives for complete accuracy in description and pricing of the products on the website. However, if the displayed price is higher than the actual price, you may be refunded the overcharged amount, and the item will ship for the correct price. If the displayed price is less than the actual price, Cuddle Decor, LLC will void the purchase and attempt to contact you via email and inquire if you would like the item for the correct price.

Gift Packaging

If you’d like to send a gift to a special someone, we can gift wrap your order for you and send it directly to the recipient. All you need to do is select the gift wrapping option when adding an item to your cart. One gift wrap per product. If you have multiple items and want each of them to be wrapped, please check the gift option for all products. Add a gift message and we’ll do the rest!

Purchasing a Cuddle Decor, LLC Gift Card

You can purchase a gift card online by searching "gift card" in the keyword box on the website or CLICK HERE to purchase a gift card. A gift card will be emailed to you or your intended recipient. Gift cards never expire!

Please attention! Cuddle Decor, LLC doesn't sell Gift Cards in Marketplaces or in any other website. You can only purchase Cuddle Decor Gift Cards at www.cuddledecor.com or physical Gift Cards in our store located in Bend, OR.

Redeeming a Cuddle Decor, LLC Gift Card

When making a purchase at cuddeldecor.com, you can redeem the value of your gift card by entering its unique code at checkout. This code isn't case sensitive. A gift card holds a balance, which can be spent over more than one order. Gift cards never expire! When you redeem a gift card, the checkout displays one of the following options:

1- If the balance available on the gift card is greater than or equal to the order total, then you can click “Complete Order” button.

2- If the balance available on the gift card is less than the order total, then you are prompted to choose a second payment method for the balance before placing the order.

Can a gift card be used more than once?

Yes, provided there is still a balance remaining on the card.

Can more than one gift card be used towards a purchase?

Yes. A customer can redeem another gift card during checkout.

Can a gift card be used to buy a gift card?

No, you can't use a gift card to buy another gift card.

Can a gift card be used to pay for shipping and taxes?

Yes, gift cards are applied to the final order total which includes shipping and taxes.

Can gift cards be used in conjunction with a discount code?

Yes, gift cards are a form of payment.

Checking Out

You can access your shopping cart simply by clicking on the cart link at the top right of the site. Review the items in your cart to make sure they are correct and make any changes necessary. You can update quantities and remove items from your shopping cart. When you are satisfied with your selection, click the "Checkout" button.

Providing Payment Method

Cuddle Decor, LLC accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and Amazon Pay. You may also use a Cuddle Decor, LLC Gift Card as a method of payment. Enter your gift card code in the checkout process where it says "Gift Card," then hit Apply. If you are using a debit card, your bank may deduct or set aside the necessary funds to cover the order for a period of up to 5 business days.

You are responsible for ensuring all details submitted at the time of checkout is accurate and complete for Cuddle Decor, LLC to complete your order. These details include, but are not limited to, name, address, phone number, mobile number, email address, payment details, etc. Please note that we will not start the fulfillment of your order until Cuddle Decor, LLC has received payment in full.

Reviewing and Submitting Your Order

Please double check that the shipping and billing addresses are correct, double check the items and quantities on your order, then hit the "Complete Order" button. When the order is successfully submitted, a confirmation email will be sent to you, and the order information will be displayed on the screen. Please note that orders cannot be modified after they are successfully submitted.

Sales Tax

Sales taxes are included on all final prices. 

Order Status

If you have an account with Cuddle Decor, LLC you can check your order status any time by clicking the "My Account" link at the top right of the page. You will also receive an order confirmation email within minutes of submitting an order and a ship confirmation email with a tracking number when the order is processed and shipped. Please be patient - it may take up to 48 hours after your order has shipped for your tracking information to become available online. You can also visit our secured and encrypted Tracking Page:

Shipping

Entering a Shipping Address

Provide the address to where you would like Cuddle Decor, LLC to ship your order. If the billing address differs from your shipping address, please click the "Change" button. Please note that Cuddle Decor, LLC is currently only shipping to U.S.

Multiple Ship-to's

Cuddle Decor, LLC does not accept multiple shipping addresses for orders placed on cuddledecor.com.

Order Ship Time (Processing Time)

Most in stock items shipped from the Cuddle Decor, LLC shop in Bend, OR will be ready for shipment on the same day if order is placed before 1 PM PST (sales events and holidays are excluded). NOTE: There will be sometimes that we will not be able to fulfill the order on the same day and a note will be added to each product page. Please note that the valid processing time will be the one stated on the product page when you place your order.

Items generally arrive at their desired location within 2-8 business days of the ship date, depending on your ZIP Zone.

Depending upon product availability, items will be shipped either from the warehouse or from my shop in Bend, OR - this will determine how many days will take to deliver to your address.

PRE-ORDER products are not available at the moment, but we are accepting orders and we will ship them as soon as they become available. If you add a pre-order product to your cart, you will be charged automatically, but you will receive your product at a later date as soon as it becomes available.

If your order has a mix of in-stock and pre-order products, we will charge 2 shipping fees - one for the in stock products, and another shipping fee for pre-order products, separately.

When you place a Pre-Order be aware that we will not be able to refund or cancel the order. All pre-order sales are final. In the event that an item in your pre-order is unavailable due to any other unforeseen circumstance out of our control, you will be refunded.

Order Delivery Time

Most in stock products will take 2-7 business days to be delivered.

Important! Delivery times only start counting after your order is fully fulfilled and shipped.

Shipping carriers may experience delays that are beyond the estimated arrival date. Cuddle Decor, LLC has no control over shipping carrier delays. All delivery timelines listed at checkout are estimates only and may vary. Please note: your items may ship in multiple boxes.

Adverse Weather Conditions

When there are adverse weather conditions, deliveries to some parts of the country can be affected. To minimize delays, Cuddle Decor, LLC manufactures/suppliers work closely with multiple carriers like FedEx, UPS, USPS, and DHL to avoid disruption. When your order is shipped, Cuddle Decor, LLC will inform you of which courier was used. Information and updates regarding delivery services can be found on carriers websites (Cuddle Decor, LLC provides links in order info).

Stolen/Lost packages

We are NOT responsible for stolen and/or lost packages. Once the carrier sends us the message that the package was delivered to you, we will not take responsibility if the package gets stolen/missing.

When you place an order with us please note that the liability is between you and the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx). We do not make any exceptions to this policy.

We are always happy to replace items that aren't marked as delivered but once the package has been scanned as delivered we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We do have a few recommendations to help track down your package.

1- Confirm that the shipping address you entered in is correct;
2- Visit your local USPS, UPS, or FedEx office with tracking handy to see where the mail man dropped off your package;
3- Check with neighbors to see if your package got dropped off next door.

Sometimes carries update tracking information as "delivered" a few hours or even days earlier than the actual delivery. Please wait at least 48 hours to see if the package turns up.

Should the package still be lost and it's been less than 60 days since the package was supposed to be delivered, you can proceed to file a claim with your local carrier directly for compensation.

Damaged During Shipping

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If your item is damaged during transit, please notify Cuddle Decor, LLC within 5 days after the day following the day on which the product is delivered. We won't be able to provide assistance after this period and you will need to file a claim directly with the carrier. Upon approval of your claim, your replacement item will be replaced and shipped ASAP. If the product is out of stock, Cuddle Decor, LLC may, at its own discretion, look into other solutions to replace the product. We do not make any exceptions to this policy.

Photo Documentation Requirements for Damaged Items

To provide a timely resolution of your damaged package claim, please send an email to support@cuddledecor.com. We require photo documentation and carrier-approved facility (location) may or may not conduct a physical inspection. When submitting photo documentation for damaged package claims, we request the following seven digital pictures:

1- A photo of the damaged item

2- A photo showing the damaged merchandise, inside the original box, with all of the original cushioning (picture should show the placement of the merchandise and packaging inside the box)

3- A photo of the packaging material used inside the box (e.g. bubble wrap, Styrofoam peanuts, cardboard dividers, etc.)

4- A close-up photo of the shipping label with the tracking number (please zoom in enough to read the tracking number)

5- A close-up photo of the box manufacturer’s certificate (BMC). The BMC is a round stamp that details either the bursting strength of the box or the edge crush rating of the box. The BMC is generally found on a bottom flap on the outside of a corrugated cardboard box.

6- Two photos displaying all six sides of the package (One photo should display the top and two sides. and the second photo should display the bottom and the opposite sides.)

7- Dimensions of the box, including the package height, length, and width (information found on the shipping label)

APO/FPO/DPO and P.O. BOX Shipping

Attention! At this moment we don't ship to APO/FPO/DPO and P.O. BOX addresses.

International Shipping

At this time, Cuddle Decor, LLC only ships to the United States.

Flat Shipping Rate

Cuddle Decor, LLC offers a Flat Shipping Rate by Weight calculated in real time at checkout page. Shipping cost will vary by ZIP ZONES.

If your order has a mix of in stock products and pre-orders products the shipping fee will be calculated separately.

In case you want to return your item, and free shipping was used with your purchase, you will be credited for the returned merchandise minus the cost to ship the product(s) to you and the return shipping label.

Tracking a Shipped Order

You will receive an automated shipping confirmation email that links to your order status page, once your order is shipped. Details of the carrier and either tracking number or shipping number will show. Check your spam folder if you haven't received any email. Best practice: add Cuddle Decor, LLC to your contact list.

Changes to your order/ cancellations

Rules to change or cancel your order

Please note that orders cannot be modified/canceled after they are successfully submitted. This means that if you wish to cancel an order, we will issue you a store credit (gift card or coupon code) that you can use for future purchases and there is no expiration date. No exceptions. Returns

Products

Cuddle Decor, LLC wants you to be 100% happy with your purchase experience. We hope you love everything you receive from us, but if you're less than 100% satisfied, you can return your purchase. You must notify Cuddle Decor, LLC at support@cuddledecor.com that you want to return a product no longer than 7 days after the day following the day on which the product is delivered.

Please do not send any product without contacting us first! You must return the unused non-personalized product in its original packaging (or another box if you prefer) and the original sales order receipt/number to the Cuddle Decor, LLC mailing address. You also must pay for the return shipping costs of the unused product. Please note, we deduct 20% from the product total (restocking fee) and the shipping label costs from the refund when it is a discretionary return. 

In case you want to return an item, and free shipping was used with your purchase, you will be credited for the returned merchandise, minus the cost to ship the product(s) to you and the return shipping label.

In the unlikely event of a manufacturing fault, it will be replaced free of charge. Please provide a photo of the fault, along with a clear description of the problem, emailed to support@cuddledecor.com. If the fault cannot be verified over email, the item may be required to be returned to Cuddle Decor, LLC for inspection. Please do not send a product back to Cuddle Decor, LLC without contacting us first, as we may be able to save you the trouble.

The original sales order receipt/number must accompany the item being returned. If an item is approved for replacement, the item that is replaced will be identical to the original order. If the product is out of stock, Cuddle Decor, LLC may, at its own discretion, look into other solutions to replace the product. For more information, see Cuddle Decor, LLC Return Policy.

The following items cannot be returned/refunded:

1- Gift Cards
2- Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
3- All Pre-Orders sales are final.

Please be aware that we will not be able to refund or cancel the order for Pre-Orders sales. In the event that an item in your Pre-Order is unavailable due to any other unforeseen circumstance out of our control, you will be refunded.

Undeliverable Address

Shipment fees apply to all returned packages due to an undeliverable address.
